At Medical Department Store, our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident in their purchase. We stand behind the quality of our home medical equipment and are committed to providing clear, fair return and warranty guidelines.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 business days. We will coordinate a replacement and cover all applicable shipping costs.

Returns

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns without an RMA may be refused or subject to restocking and shipping fees.

Restocking Fees & Non-Returnable Items

Approved returns may be subject to an 18–40% restocking fee. For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including hygiene products, custom orders, and items not in original condition.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable fees. Processing times vary by payment type.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may be subject to cancellation or return fees.
